Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of service booked and the specific provider's policy. Please review the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking.

2. Flights

  • Refundable tickets can be cancelled for a full or partial refund, subject to airline fees.
  • Non-refundable tickets may qualify for a credit toward future travel, depending on the airline.
  • Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before departure for eligible refunds.

3. Hotels

  • Free cancellation is available for eligible bookings up to the date specified in the cancellation policy.
  • No-show or late cancellation may result in charges equivalent to one night's stay.

4. Tours

  • Tours cancelled 7+ days before the start date: full refund.
  • Tours cancelled 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
  • Tours cancelled less than 3 days before: no refund.

5. Car Rentals

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to one day's rental.

6. Visa Services

  • Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
  • If the application has not been submitted, a partial refund (minus admin fees) may be available.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method or wallet balance.
